Comprehensive Stool Analysis + Parasitology

• A stool testing kit will be mailed to you after purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days after purchase to be mailed. You will collect your stool sample as instructed in the testing kit instruction sheet & send back to the lab via the prepaid shipping label. 
• Your date of birth is requested in order to order the test & have results sent to the lab. If you are ordering this test for someone else, please provide their DOB & note their name in the space provided (eg name).
• Once your results are complete you will be emailed the results. 
• This purchase does NOT include a consultation w/ Dr. Williams.

All purchases are final and no returns can be made once purchased.

• A test kit will be sent to the shipping address you provide. Shipping times vary, but are typically sent out w/in 2-3 business days from date of purchase. In the event there are significant delays, you will be notified by email.
• Test kits cannot be sent to PO boxes, please make sure you do NOT use a PO box.
• Test kits cannot be mailed to New York or New Jersey.

Your results will be released to you via email once in. It typically takes about 2 weeks from the time the kit is sent back to the lab for results to come in.

This is a self-ordered test and is non-refundable once purchased. Dr. Williams (of Williams Naturopathic Consulting) is not responsible for the results or any follow-up analysis. You are solely responsible for seeking medical attention for any health concerns or testing findings.
